Mot, the god of death from Canaan, is an ancient, powerful and sublime spirit that was the inspiration for Judaism's concepts of the underworld and what death means.
For that same reason, Mot is one of the most important roots of what we now know as the qliphotic tree of death, as well as adversarial energies. This god is much older than the first mentions in history about Satan, Lucifer even than Moloch and some archaeological discoveries are beginning to point out that Canaan is possibly older than Egyptian culture.
