AGHORIS OF UNIVERSE B The Second Digestion of the Divine
AGHORIS OF UNIVERSE B
The Second Digestion of the Divine
A Magickal Narrative Grimoire of Necrogenesis and Cosmophagy
Reverend Nothing
What happens when death ceases to be the end of existence and begins functioning as the reproductive system of an unknown universe, where corpses become creative matter, ashes develop consciousness, and diseased divinities must devour their own realities in order to continue existing?
For seventeen years, a worker at the San Jerónimo crematorium has witnessed thousands of bodies being reduced to ashes, until one morning he discovers that the remains have begun rising against gravity and a strange creature announces the awakening of Universe B, an organic reality where death represents the beginning of a form of creation so ancient that even the gods seem unaware of its true origin. From that moment onward, his existence begins to change as he discovers cities constructed inside divine organisms, cemeteries where planets are conceived, and communities of ascetics who have learned to cultivate decomposition as a form of knowledge.
At the heart of this territory dwell the Aghoris of Universe B, a fictional community of experimenters who have carried the transgression of conventional distinctions between purity and corruption into cosmic dimensions, developing a relationship with matter that transforms the discarded remains of existence into possibilities for new life. Their universe is deeply affected by the illness of Beira, a divinity whose body contains entire civilizations, while a new reality grows within her and threatens to alter the laws that hold worlds together. Among gardens of flesh beneath Saturn, serpents that consume their own divinity, and laboratories devoted to transforming the anatomy of living beings, the protagonist must understand the meaning of necrogenesis and participate in a ceremony capable of altering the very metabolism of God.
Aghoris of Universe B: The Second Digestion of the Divine is a novel of cosmic horror and experimental magickal narrative that develops its own cosmology across thirty chapters, merging the necromantic imagination with cosmophagy, occult thought, and the possibilities of posthuman existence. Its narrative structure incorporates visionary experiences and ritual operations within a universe where matter retains the ability to reorganize itself, while the boundaries between organism and divinity become increasingly strange, offering an exploration of death as transformation and the body as a territory within which entire realities may develop.
As the story unfolds, the reader enters a conception of magick in which symbols acquire an organic existence and every transformation raises new questions about identity, creative responsibility, and the limits of what we consider human. The work reaches its most disturbing dimension through the possibility that every reality forms part of the metabolism of another, greater existence, and that gods themselves may be vulnerable organisms, subjected to processes of disease and reproduction that extend far beyond our understanding of the universe.
Within this territory, ashes preserve the traces of what was once alive, the dead participate in the construction of new divinities, and the act of consuming a reality can become the birth of countless worlds, while a question begins to acquire an increasingly intimate presence: what would happen if the universe we are attempting to understand had already begun digesting us, using our consciousness as the first organ of its next creation?
Perhaps the second digestion of the divine began long before you opened this book, and every page forms part of a combustion whose final transformation still belongs to us.
